The circle of elite
Savills, a global real estate services provider renowned for its premium property services and consultancy across international markets, commissioned us to create a distinctive logo for “Savills Upper Circle,” an exclusive invitation-only tier tailored for elite Chinese billionaires.
An emblem of prestige and wealth
After the brand analysis, we defined three core objectives for the project:
Create a logo radiating prestige, targeting ultra-wealthy Chinese clients seeking exclusive real estate opportunities.
Weave traditional Chinese cultural elements into a modern design to resonate with the audience.
Deliver an iconic identity that upholds Savills’ legacy while distinguishing itself in the luxury real estate market.
After weeks of close collaboration with the client, we developed a logo that seamlessly blends cultural reverence with timeless luxury. At its centre is a circular motif, an homage to the ideals of perfection and unity in Chinese culture, symbolising the exclusivity of membership. Intricate, auspicious patterns, drawn from traditional Chinese ornamentation, artfully integrated with the brand name into the design. The colour palette featuring jade green and gold, represents prestige and wealth in Chinese culture. The result is a sophisticated logo that radiates Chinese’s heritage and contemporary elegance.
Met with resounding approval from Savills, this project also paved the way for further collaborations, a testament to the logo’s impact and our strategic approach.
